Who we are

Graceful Growth ABA is a behavior consulting practice serving Wayne County, Mississippi and the surrounding region. Our work is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis and built on the belief that meaningful change comes from clear procedures, practical tools, and collaboration with the people who support our clients every day.

We provide behavior assessment, intervention planning, staff and caregiver training, and ongoing case support designed to create measurable improvements in quality of life. The goal is simple: build skills, reduce barriers, and help individuals thrive in the environments where they live, learn, and grow.

As BCBAs and RBTs licensed in Mississippi and Alabama, we bring clinical expertise and a strong commitment to ethical, sustainable services to our local communities. Graceful Growth ABA exists to make high-quality behavioral support accessible to local schools, families, and providers who are ready for evidence-based solutions that work in the real world.

Who Do We Serve?

  • Students (ages 4-18) needing behavioral support in school settings

  • Individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in adult residential programs across Mississippi and Alabama

  • Educators, school teams, and direct-care staff seeking practical training

  • Families and caregivers connected to school or residential services

  • BCBA trainees seeking structured supervision and skill development

Does my child need a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder for ABA?

No—and this is one of the biggest misconceptions about ABA. Many people think an autism diagnosis is required because private insurance often mandates it for reimbursement. But in schools and residential HCBS settings, private insurance isn’t part of the equation. The service model is different, and so are the requirements.

ABA works because it’s a science of behavior and learning, not a program tied to a single diagnosis. It supports children and adults with behavioral or skill-building needs, individuals in residential care, adults with developmental disabilities, and care teams who need stronger systems and training. When the environment changes and skills grow, people thrive.
