We provide on-site behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and staff support within school settings. Services include functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, ongoing consultation, data systems, and direct support to help schools implement consistent, evidence-based practices. We currently contract with Wayne County School District and are open to contracts with other schools as needed. Contact your child’s Special Services office to request our services through your child’s school.

We offer Positive Behavior Support (PBS) services for individuals living in HCBS residential programs, including functional assessments, skill-building programs, and behavior support plans tailored to the group home environment. This includes training for direct-care staff, data collection systems, and ongoing monitoring to ensure plans are implemented safely and effectively.

Want to know how to safely and certifiably handle severe behaviors like physical aggression? We provide the following PCM certification courses: Everyday Behavior Tools & PCM22. These trainings certify practitioners in prevention, de-escalation, physical restraints, and reintegration strategies that are grounded in the principles of behavior science. This crisis-response training is for staff working in schools, residential programs, and other care settings. Trainings are provided on an as-needed basis to a variety of companies, schools, and providers. No ABA contract is required for your facility to receive these trainings and certification.

Looking to become a Behavior Analyst? We offer structured supervision for individuals completing their fieldwork toward BCBA certification. Supervision includes case review, competency training, feedback, and support with meeting BACB requirements and developing core clinical skills. Supervision is tailored to the individual and their needs/experiences. Both individual and group supervision are offered at an hourly rate as needed.
